I really wanted a priority matrix app that was available on both Android and Windows which would sync my tasks between them. This fits the bill, but I wish it had a widget so that I could see the takes from my home screen. More color customization options would be nice too, but the main thing holding this back for me is the lack of widget.

This app SHOULD be perfect, but two problems with syncing really hamstring it. 1) I frequently update tasks and sync, only to get to my desktop or phone to find out the updates haven't registered, and worse, tasks I have added aren't there, and 2) it asks me to re-enter my Office credentials every day, and I have to do it twice for some reason. It's annoyingly clunky. If the sync process were better, this would be perfect. Now I'm looking for an alternative, though, because I'm having a hard time trusting it.

Use this app every day to sync my to-do lists between my surface and android. It is the right balance between simple to use and useful features. A great app.

It has allowed me to compartmentalize my work and focus on specific business to-dos and made me an efficient entrepreneur. The functionality of the desktop version is uncomparable to any other. It is very straightforward and even with so many bells and whistles, it is highly functional. Join the two versions, I got a perfect tool to manage my schedule of to-dos. Perfect. Crazy perfect.
